The property consists of 21 packs and 21 sticks of Newport brand cigarettes, unstamped, out-of-state Missouri stamped; 341 units Nicotine vape products, various brands, untaxed tobacco products; 65 grams of cannabis flower, unlicensed cannabis business; 120 units of various cannabis products, unlicensed cannabis business; and 2,018 units commercial packaging bags, cannabis universal symbol violation. This property was seized pursuant to Business and Profession Code section 22974.3 and Revenue and Taxation Code section 34016, on September 12, 2024, at 10:45 a.m. from Adib Shraf Yahya, DBA El Cerrito Gift and Smoke located at 10287 San Pablo Ave., El Cerrito, CA 94530-3156.
